1. What is Rufoof?

Rufoof lets you create your own personal Telegram bot that serves files to your audience.

Here is the big picture of how it works:

  • You have files you want to share — PDFs, videos, audio, documents, anything.
  • Rufoof stores those files in a private Telegram channel that you own.
  • Your users interact with a Telegram bot you create, and the bot delivers those files to them through an easy-to-navigate menu, right inside Telegram — no links, no websites, no accounts needed on their side.

Think of it like a private digital library that lives entirely inside Telegram.

Two ways to use Rufoof

Rufoof gives you two ways to build and manage your library — use either one, or mix both. They edit the same bot, so anything you do in one place instantly shows up in the other.

  • Right inside Telegram — the Mini App. Open @RufoofBot in Telegram and manage everything from your phone or desktop Telegram: create and register a bot, connect its channel, organize files, add files straight from your channel, and invite people to help. No installation.
  • The Rufoof desktop app (Windows / macOS). Best for uploading lots of files from your computer at once and for large files. Connect your already-registered bot, then upload, sync, and organize your content.

What your users experience (both ways):

  • They open your bot in Telegram.
  • They see a menu of folders and files, navigated with buttons.
  • They tap a file button and instantly receive the file.
  • No installation, no accounts, no technical knowledge needed on their end.
